Gina Bueneman-Cooper, Ph.D.
Training Specialist/Owner

Dr.
Gina Bueneman-Cooper is the primary training specialist
with Cooper Management Training & Consulting, a firm
she has owned since 1993. She is an international speaker
with a clientele that includes schools, small businesses,
large corporations, non-profit agencies, and government
entities.
Gina
has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a Master of Arts
in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/Psychology,
and a Associate’s degree in Human Services. She
has also completed a Certificate in Ministry.

In
addition to running her own business, Gina has been a part-time
instructor at Missouri Baptist University since 1993. She teaches
many of the Management courses, but specializes in Economics.
Gina
has written numerous workbooks and training materials, including
her most popular course, “Eggshells in the Workplace: Working
with people that get on your nerves!”
Gina
has been married since 1987 to Brian K. Cooper, a manager at AT&T.
They have two children, Nicholas and Jillian. They are active members
of First Assembly of God church in Troy. She believes that teaching
and training is her calling from God and is continually seeking
His direction and will for her company.
Tina L. Liston, M.A.
Training Specialist

Tina
Liston is a contracted training specialist with Cooper Consulting.
Her enthusiastic teaching style makes her popular with beginning
computer students, yet her expertise makes her a great resource
for the advanced user. She also provides career assessments
and designs vocational programs.
Tina has a Master
of Arts in Behavioral Studies and is working towards a Ph.D.
in the same field. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Business
and an Associate's degree in Communications.

Tina
is married to Mike, an insurance agent, and is the mother of Josh
and Courtney. They are active members of the First Assembly of God
Church in Troy.

Kimberly
Grothaus, M.A.
Human Resources Specialist
Kim
Grothaus, owner of Human Resources Solutions, provides contracted
training and HR consulting as needed. Her dynamic new company
compliments the functions of Cooper Consulting and referrals
between the two companies provide clients with a wide array
of services. Kim has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource
Management from Lindenwood University and a Masters Degree
in Management and Computer Resource and Info Management from
Webster University. To ensure employee satisfaction, improve

Jeannine
McConnell, P.M.P.
Training Specialist
Jeannine
McConnell, PMP, has over 25 years in the software industry.
Working initially as a software developer, then lead developer
and senior analyst of commercial payroll and human resource
applications, she then migrated towards software design and
project management. A desire to have high quality software
releases then led to time spent in configuration management,
quality management and process engineering. She has most recently
been involved
in mentoring
Fortune
100
companies
in
|
requirements management and software development best practices,
as well as performing software process assessments. She holds
a BA in Business and Communications from Lindenwood University
in St. Charles, MO with an undergraduate degree in Computer
Science. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Project
Management and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Jeannine makes her home in the St. Louis, Missouri area with
her husband, three children and assorted pets. |

Laura
Barber, M.A.
Training Specialist
Laura
worked part-time for Cooper Consulting during summer breaks
while in college. After graduating with both a Bachelor of
Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Education, Laura taught
high school for three years in the Lake Ozark area.
Laura
is married to Curtis, a sheriff’s deputy, and they are
the proud parents of Samuel. They have moved back to the Lincoln
County area and Laura has joined our training staff.

Laura is a published author and is skilled at providing guidance
for speaking and writing skills. She specializes in résumé
writing and interviewing workshops, but also teaches many
of our computer classes. |
