Gina Bueneman-Cooper, Ph.D., D.Min.
Professional Development Specialist
Dr.
Gina Bueneman-Cooper is the primary training specialist
with Cooper Management Training & Consulting, a firm
she has owned since 1993. She is an international speaker
with a clientele that includes schools, small businesses,
large corporations, non-profit agencies, and government
entities.
Gina
has a D.Min. in Christian Counseling, a Ph.D. in Organizational
Behavior, a Master of Arts in Management, a Bachelor of
Science in Human Resources/Psychology, and an Associate’s
degree in Human Services.
In
addition to running her own business, Gina occasionally
teaches management courses at Missouri Baptist University
and doctoral-level counseling courses at Midwest University.
Gina
has written numerous workbooks and training materials
on communication, teambuilding, stress management, and
many other topics.
Gina
has been married since 1987 to Brian K. Cooper, a manager
at AT&T. They have two children, Nicholas and Jillian.
They are active members of First Assembly of God church
in Troy. She believes that teaching and training is her
calling from God and is continually seeking His direction
and will for her company

Tina L. Bueneman, M.A.
Training Specialist
Tina
Bueneman is a contracted training specialist with Cooper Consulting.
Her enthusiastic teaching style makes her popular with beginning
computer students, yet her expertise makes her a great resource
for the advanced user. She also provides career assessments
and designs vocational programs.
Tina
is currently completing a doctorate in Christian Counseling
and has a Master of Divinity in the same field. She also has
a Master of Arts in Behavioral Studies, a Bachelor's degree
in Business and an Associate's degree in Communications. She
is the mother of Josh and Courtney and is an active member
of the First Assembly of God church in Troy.

Margaret
Bartold, M.A.
Psychological Evaluator/Training Specialist/Counselor
Margaret
Bartold has over 40 years of experience in education. Her
background includes degrees in music education, counseling,
psychology and psychological examination. She has earned degrees
from Central Methodist University and the University of Missouri-St
Louis as well as additional coursework at Truman State University,
University of Missouri Kansas City, and the University of
Missouri-Columbia. She has spent her career in teaching, counseling
and administration in the public schools, private schools
and university level. She has also presented a myriad of workshops
around Missouri. Her Psychological Examiner certification
has given her the opportunity to assist clients regarding
career opportunities, psychological profiling, and disability
status determination. Margaret makes her home in Silex, Missouri
with her two cats, Bailey and Casper. She also enjoys raising
and showing English angora rabbits as well as spending time
spinning the fiber. |

Perry
Training Specialist
Michelle
Perry is a Training Specialist with experience in successfully
developing, customizing and delivering training. She establishes
quick rapport, uses an engaging delivery style and promotes
participants to own an increased skill level. She specializes
in developing employee skill enhancement programs including
on-boarding, job-transition training, skill accountability
processes and cross-training programs - all with a hands-on
and practical application approach. Dedicated to promoting
life-long learning, Michelle ensures individual goals align
with corporate strategy, vision and bottom-line success.

K. Walker, PLPC
Karen
Walker is a licensed counselor who provides services to individuals,
couples, families, and groups. She completed her M.A. in Professional
Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2009. Through her
practice, Your Inner Journey, Karen provides compassion and
understanding to help clients build on strengths and attain

Training Specialist
Michael
Moody, and his wife Melissa, are the owners of Signal Technologies
Consulting & Training. Mike provides the absolute best
in technology consulting and customer service, and the only
computer “geek” Cooper Consulting uses. Mike has
a MBA and also teaches part-time at Missouri Baptist University.
His technical experience ranges from government agencies to

Financial Planning Specialist
Dave
Komonce owns Family First Financial Planning, working with
employers and families to improve their financial well-being.
He previously worked for a Fortune 100 Company as their In-House
Trainer. He understands the financial stress many are enduring.
He knows people need assistance and he is passionate about
providing them with the proper tools, knowledge, and guidance
necessary to make rock-solid, informative financial decisions.
Dave
works with employers to design, develop, and deliver any company
or industry-specific training. He will also work with families
one-on-one to help them gain control of their financial future.

Barber, M.A.
Freelance Writer
Laura
Barber worked part-time for Cooper Consulting during summer
breaks while in college. After graduating with both a Bachelor
of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Education, Laura
taught high school for three years in the Lake Ozark area.
Laura is married to Curtis, a sheriff’s deputy, and
they are the proud parents of Samuel and Katie. Laura is a
published author and is skilled at providing guidance for
speaking and writing skills.
